“I am proud to endorse Suzanne Droubie for Pima County Assessor. I have worked closely with Suzanne Droubie for the last seven years working towards settlements with the taxpayer and successfully appealing unjust or incorrect property tax values.

Suzanne Droubie is the only candidate with experience inside and outside of the Pima County Assessor’s Office. This is one of the largest differences between Suzanne and the other candidates for Pima County Assessor in 2020. Suzanne Droubie understands that there is more to assessment than textbook mass appraisal which does not always account for all the variations that may affect your property’s value. She understands that you may need to appeal your property value and does not feel an appeal of your property’s value should be an adversarial process.

She plans on having her Assessor’s Office staff meet with the taxpayers. If you need to appeal your property further, the appraiser that valued your property will appear before the State Board of Equalization to hear your evidence and present theirs.
