“I have had the privilege of serving in the Pima County Assessor’s Office for the last 16 years. During that time, I have gotten to know and work with all three candidates. I never come to any major decision lightly, but for me, this choice was relatively clear. I have chosen to endorse Sue Droubie for Assessor for a few simple, but very important reasons. Sue has a wealth of experience that she will bring to the office. I worked closely with her during her time at the Assessor’s Office. I was happy to call her not only a friend but, also a mentor. The knowledge that she would bring to the position would be invaluable. Sue has the ability to cultivate relationships with not only her coworkers but, taxpayers and those from other agencies alike.

Being the daughter of an elected official myself, I know what it means to run a campaign with integrity. Sue has shown that she is a person of integrity and character. In these uncertain times, it is important for me to be able to count on a leader for our office who can continue to make the best decisions for the staff and the Pima County taxpayers.

It is for these reasons that I am proud to endorse Sue Droubie for Pima County Assessor.”
